Don't forget to authenticate it with a few dogends behind the cabling, and a commanders seat that has a mind of its own.Very nice looking FSC well done mate!
Pixie, it looks almost ready for UEE. What turret is fitted as it has what looks like air valves of some description on each side by the back flap and the gap between the turret lid and turret seems bigger than I remember. Don't forget to disarm the governor on the rotor arm . I could get 02 DA 04 going like stink down the autobahn using my doctored rotor arm. Very envious I want one.
They really were happy days even tho in a ferret you froze in the winter got soaked when it rained and I never could get the hang of packing all that lambs wool into the air filter cartridge. Saying that I would go back in a flash given half a chance.
Dave I just added 4 more pic's, see the Interior I think you'll agree its ready for UEE. I'm flying down to Allentown PA nest week to see it in person & finalise the deal, I'm so excited!!!!!
Pixie, I can see why you are excited. I've taken delivery of refurbished Ferrets in the TA from the rear vehicle depot in Gloster that have not been in such good condition as this one. An absolute gem.
THE FATHER OF A FRIEND OF MINE HAD ONE FOR SALE ABOUT 4 YEARS AGO. HE SOLD IT TO A YANK AND SHIPPED IT OUT TO CALIFORNIA. SALE PRICE £5000. I THINK IT WAS A MK3 BUT CAN'T BE SURE, HAD A DEACTIVATED BROWNING.30 MOUNTED IN THE TURRET.
