Derek, If the new members don't contact me re their details and give me confirmation of attendance and then turn up, I and the other members are going to be out of pocket. Next month February I have to put a deposit down for the Buffet and ID cards, I have already put a £66 deposit for the function room. I am quite willing to pay the deposits out of my own pocket as I am sure that members will send me their cheque's when I ask for them which will be at the end of February but I will not cash them until Monday 8th June 2009. This will give members the option of canceling, after that date there will be no refunds as I will be paying the final payments for the Function room, Buffet and ID cards. Could you please put this on the BB, I will be asking Norman of the 105 to do the same. Could you also inform those who are not on the Internet the contents of this email.
