I was browsing and came across this book on Amazon.com and could not resist. I have had it now for three days and cannot put it down. Fantastic reading and some great Pic's . I can reccomend it Price 23.70

    Hi all,

    The book that Colin is referring is, of course, a reprint. An original would cost about £300 & was one of the first histories of the Royals. The first history was by by Cannon - a very rare book indeed. I wish someone would do a reprint of Atkinson's history, which retail for about £100 & although I have copies of all the Royals histories I use them constantly & would prefer to use a reprint. Jim
