ON Parade

This photo was taken certainly taken at Chester on the occasion of the visit of King George VI on 5 December 1950. It was a very cold day & there was snow about but! Notice the gaiters & battledress & the cloth divisional sign above his monkey & cloth stripes. I have not yet been able to identify the NCO perhaps someone can help? Bandrat

  3. Not Jim Clarke though it looks a bit like him. He did not join us until Fanara. It could be Topper Brown who eventually was SQMS A Sqn. In Wasendorf and then took redundancy.
