Hi everyone!
Well we have lift of approval from Whitehall, I have decided to start at John a groats on the 12th May so i can attend the Blues and Royals function I will be close to Tidworth when the Royal reunion takes place so we will drive to that.The success of the venture will in some way be achieved if i can recruit some people in the UK who may be able to point me in the right diection in seach of sposors.I will post the route in the 48 hous.First request, does anyone have Robin Bucknalls email address?Cheers Guys I beg you all PLEASE get behind this i am sure you have already given but please help me in this.Nigel (Sack.)

ReplyDeleteI noticed somewhere where someone mentioned Combat Stress, where I live there is a Combat Stress which is only a stones throw away from me, maybe it will be possible for me to make myself known and try to see if some of the men that come here for convalesence can maybe get family and friends to sponsor you, let me know what you think maybe by Email.

ReplyDeleteGrumps sorry mate but i have ligament and artheritic problems with my right knee,so i have had to give away charity walks.I did post the news about 10 days ago sorry you did not pick up on it.

ReplyDeleteTo all my mates although i could not come to the UK I still wanted to do something so i set up a site on just giving.I have already started the challenge this monday past my feet tell me that i started doing a 1/2 marathon every day along the beach.I now have done 4 only 76 to go on the final day the 1st of May i will attempt to do 100 miles in under 24 hours around Mt Maunganui.See photos.
