  1. Thank you Derek for your help getting me started. I hope to spend more time this year on the computer. My name was initially DEREK HORE, this was changed to Robertson in 1991 after my Father passed away and the name within the family came to a full stop.

We are looking at the logistics of getting to the reunion. It is possibly easier coming in from abroad than from Inverness. It would be great to catch up with you all again, living up here can be quite isolating.

My computer skills are such that I will need the occasional help, thanks to Derek I am here now and typing in what appears to be the right place. :)

Sorry I have lost touch over the last year, it was a very difficult year for us up here as a family but I think we can now say, 'we weathered the storm'!

    best regards to everyone
    Derek

  5. Hi Derek, I am an ex-Royal living in Newburgh Fife.My wife and I enjoy caravaning and we come up to Inverness for the past 3yrs
We go to the site at Bunchcrew.I use the British Legion when we holiday up there and we both like Inverness very much.If you
would like to meet up next time we come up we would be delighted to do so.Like you I am not well versed on the computor but I
try my best, with help from my daughter.I also just joined this site through ex-sergeant Derek Leese getting in touch with me.
If you see my name on the site I hope you will get in touch, cheers, Bill Roy
