    Update for Weekend 20/21 June 2009. (1) Function Room Booked £75.00
    (2) Buffet Booked £ 5.00 per head
    (3) One Off Royals ID Cards £ 4.00 per head
    All I need now is Names & Numbers These include your Ladies and Guests. As soon as I have numbers of those attending and those who would like Buffet and Special Plastic Royals 2009 Reunion ID cards I will be able to give you firm costings and method of payment. I have paid the £60.00 deposit for the function room, so it is ours.

  10. Hello all Royals Troopers, I'm trying to compile a list of all those who wish to attend our 2009 Reunion. To date I have had 49 replys of those who are attending, this includes partners & guests, well done. The problems that I am facing are the lack of personal details: 1) Full Name. 2) Partners name. 3) Service dates. 4) Email address. 5) Phone number. DL has requested that you fill in your Profiles, this would help DL and his assistants also members to know who they are speaking too. It would also enable members/familes who have lost contact with each other to be able to Phone or email each other in private also sign off your replies using full name. My profile contains my email address and my phone number should you wish to contact me.

    I have emailed the following, Scouse Freeman, Chris Rose, Don Remfrey,Mike Henchion, Adrian Gillard, Kevin Alexander, Stuart Sibley, and Colin Rixon. Asking them to send their service details to my email address. If the ID cards are going to be a success I need this info. The following members I have no means of contacting them, Syd Salter, Ron Darling, Bob Bennet,Stuart McKay and John Louch. At the last count we have 50 Troopers and Guests attending.

  14. ok JOHN Denis John and myself spent lot of time tonite on the list you sent we found you have missed a few out.we are also adding about 11 more members who are not on the list. John will email it to you once finished.we will try to update a few email addresses and tel numbers.the likes of SYD SALTER and the others you can contact them via the BB go into their SITE and leave a personal message.
    John what are you doing about members who have only a phone contact as there are quite a few of them.tell you more later

  16. Derek, Denis and John. I will be emailing you my latest list, those in green are firm. I would point out that when I started this prodject I asked those of us who had a PC and had the phone numbers of those that didn't, to let them know what was going on. Only a few members responded and I thank them, some of the members even said they would pay for those that were finding it hard. I have contacted Royals friends of mine and if they have a PC to join the BB.
    Those that don't have a PC, I have kept them informed. I would ask members to do likewise as I am not prepared to phone every one on the list that does not have a PC. Members that have a PC and I have their email address I will contact and they can contact me by email or by phone. I should point out at this stage those members that have made a firm booking are accepted, this includes those who are without a PC. Any further request will be on a first come first served basis. This will be flexible, the reason I say this is the function room will only accomodate 60 although if members are willing to spread into the bar area it should be ok, As Royals "We will Adapt". If members had given all their details when they joined the site we would not be having the problems that we are encountering now, mabe thought should be given to this in future. Some of the members mabe asking who is this Jobsworth, Well it is me. Trooper 23212847 JA Matthew and by Hook or by Crook I Will See This Project Through to the end.
