Dinger Bell and Nev Woods i thinkregards derek leese
Smack on pal its Pat and Nev for sure. Don't they look young?
Facing us is Nev woods and on the left is Pat Bell
Any more pics...... good days
Nev Woods was my trrop 3 bar and Dinger was Sqn Sigs NCO (I think)
Will look around to see if in the old diddy box i can find more.
Nev Woods was my Sgt on 22A in about '65 when I was his gunner. Cannot remember him ever raising his voice. He never seemed to need to.
Two great guys, remember them very well.-------Don
played with nev woods when we had the same strip as the west german side
Nev Woods was Sqms in C Sqn in 67 when i arrived, am i correct in sayinghe is no longer with us.-----------------------Paddy Henchion
Remember them both well, Dinger Bell introduced me to my first and last experience of squash. I could move around fast enough but the bloody ball had hit the wall a few times before my eye caught up with it!
The lad on the right looks very much like sgt dinger Bell who was my tank driving instructor in Tidworth Butch Ward
I thought it was Sgt hunt used to use the discus on sports days with him
No doubt about it,thats Nev and Dinger!Hunt was a good pal of mine - especially on Mess night when the poker school convened!-------Don
you are right Derek Dinger and Nev
