    Long time not heard,made me think of an old Royal - Cpl Beeforth - anyone remember him(I may have spelt his name wrong?.

    I'm trying to think what connection there could be between Cpl. 'Jockey' Beeforth and the above.Is it the same bloke I'm thinking about? He ran the stables in Wolfenbuttle and was a grumpy old devil.

    Jockey Beeforth lived next door to me in Wesendorf you only saw him in uniform on mess night in CPL,s MESS he had a Pint a game of Darts then went home
